he cardiac rehabilitation program at Highland Pines Nursing is designed to promote optimum recovery and health for patients being treated for heart disease and/or cardiac-related surgery. Our goal is to limit the physical effects of cardiac illness and improve overall health and cardiovascular fitness and overall health. Each of our patients receives a program designed specifically for them, supervised and implemented by a team of cardiac specialists, including physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists, and consulting nutritional and psychological professionals. We also offer wound care and pulmonary care services.
